My on-site notary support is available exclusively during weekends and holiday periods. While basic weekend visits do not require extra fees, shown travel rates cover convenience to you (notarial act fees apply separately). Hours: Sat 2:30–6:30 PM, Sun 12:30–6:00 PM, Holidays (including Christmas) 12:00–6:00 PM by appointment. Note: Unbooked holiday requests are treated as rush orders with added surcharges.
Travel Notary Offerings
General Mobile Notary
Includes travel and convenience for non-holiday weekends within Silverlake, Cuyahoga Falls, and Stow.

Mid Zones
My travel and convenience fee for locations in Barberton, Kenmore, Hudson, and Twinsburg.

Distance Fee
A supplementary service fee for any mobile notarization location more than 20 miles away from Cuyahoga Falls.

All services are only available on weekends and holidays. Pricing reflects mobile travel convenience within targeted zones.
Any location within Summit County more than 20 miles away from Cuyahoga Falls is a flat $85 distance service fee. Services are currently limited to Summit County only.
Medical & Specialized Facilities
Hospitals, nursing homes & high-risk facilities: $125 per visit. This pricing reflects our specialized protocol for high-risk environments and includes a 15-minute check-in buffer. In the event of facility-related delays, additional waiting time after the initial 15 minutes is billed at $1 per minute.
Holiday & Weekend Surcharges
Holiday Surcharge: A $45 fee applies to any federally recognized holiday in addition to standard travel costs. Standard weekends that are not holidays have no extra surcharge

Expedited & After-Hours
After-hours and rush services are available for an additional fee on weekends and holidays, up to a 10:00 PM cutoff. Text or call 330-944-1553 for availability and a custom quote.
Process & Info
- Mobile travel fees cover each visit and all participants must provide a current government photo ID. Note that scheduled convenience rates exclude the legal cost of the actual notarization, which is separate per state law. Travel costs are final once transit begins, regardless of the signing outcome. ACCEPTABLE PAYMENT: Cash or tap-to-pay only. For scheduling, reach out at 330-944-1553.
