Weekend availability: Sat (2:30–6:30 PM) and Sun (12:30–6:00 PM). Holidays (noon–6:00 PM) require booking. Travel fees cover my arrival at your location. Listed rates apply to unbooked holiday orders as rush services. All notary act fees are added to the final travel total.

I no longer charge by the mile for my services. All travel costs are now fully covered by the flat fees listed above for my designated service areas only.
Medical Facility Fee Details
I service hospitals and nursing homes in Cuyahoga Falls, Silver Lake, Stow, and Akron for a $110 travel fee on non-holiday weekends. Note: A $1 per minute wait fee applies after 15 minutes. All witnesses must be provided by you. Documents must be pre-printed before I arrive (printing services coming soon).
Holiday Travel Fee Schedule
Standard Holidays: Residential visits $65 | Medical facilities $140. Christmas Day: Residential visits $100 | Medical facilities $200. Travel fees apply in addition to notarial acts.
Holidays are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.
Rush & Late Hour Policy
Bookings are considered rush if made within 1 hour of the visit or scheduled after 8:00 PM. Extra fees apply for these orders. Note that no services are provided after 10:00 PM.
Process & Info
- Mobile travel fees cover each visit and all participants must provide a current government photo ID. Note that scheduled convenience rates exclude the legal cost of the actual notarization, which is separate per state law. Travel costs are final once transit begins, regardless of the signing outcome. ACCEPTABLE PAYMENT: Cash or tap-to-pay only. For scheduling, reach out at 330-944-1553.
